  Gruit (Historical Herb Beer) | ABV: 4.8% | IBU: 15 | Gruit beers is "a herb mixture used for bittering and flavouring beer, popular before the extensive use of hops." Our Gruit was brewed with Mugwort, Myrtle, Chamomile, Lavender, Wormwood, Sage, Elder Flower, and Yarrow.

  Bavarian Blonde | ABV: 4.7% | IBU: 16 | Although not a classic German style per se, this beer exhibits all the qualities of a traditional Bavarian ale you'd find in the region. It's a pretty light beer with plenty of flavor, reminiscent of a Pilsner. Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt and hops that hail from the Bavarian region of Germany - Hallertau and Hersbrucker. Noble hop flavors with a hint of orange comes out to compliment the light flavor Pilsner malts.

  Farmhouse Saison | ABV: 6.4% | IBU: 31 | Sweet orange peels and French oak wood chips were added to give nice subtle nuances without overpowering the spicy and fruity saison flavor. Brewed with Pilsen and Victory malts to give it nice color and biscuit/bready flavor. Classic German hops were used to give a clean, subtle bitterness and hop flavor. Finally, we used a well-balanced Farmhouse yeast to give the beer a nice fruity and phenolic character.

  Farmhouse Saison | ABV: 6.4% | IBU: 31 | Sweet orange peels and French oak wood chips were added to give nice subtle nuances without overpowering the spicy and fruity saison flavor. Brewed with Pilsen and Victory malts to give it nice color and biscuit/bready flavor. Classic German hops were used to give a clean, subtle bitterness and hop flavor. Finally, we used a well-balanced Farmhouse yeast to give the beer a nice fruity and phenolic character.
